Adobe ontinued to charge my account after I had cancelled their file conversion service.
When I saw the charge on my bank account, I called the company and they said it had not been cancelled.
That is a lie as I had gone on line the previous week and did cancel it.
They refused to acknowledge that it had been cancelled and refused to credit the charge.
I see on the Ripoff report that they have a habit of making it difficult to have them stop charging for services.
