Worst experience ever. We contracted Action Appliance to fix our dishwasher. The tech came and said he could fix the repairs (leaking) for $330. We paid them, they came out and replaced the soap latch and the dishwasher continued to leak. We called them back and another tech came out and said he's not sure what the previous tech but I can fix it... it'll be $190. I called the office... I called them again... it took a month of me calling them at least once a week for someone to return my call. They wanted us to pay more money to fix the issue that wasn't resolved. The dishwasher continued to leak and we ended up getting mold and had to file an insurance claim to have the cabinets and floor ripped out.

I called the office telling them that the dishwasher was still leaking and the manager, who I had to call every single day for over a week and kept getting the run around from the phone operator (who was very nice and apologetic). The manager had the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Rude, condescending, zero hospitality in her bones. After multiple calls she begrudgingly sent the same tech out who replaced one of the gaskets... it didn't work and was still leaking. After contacting them again and informing them that it was STILL leaking she said our warranty of there initial work expired (because it would take her WEEKS to call me back) but she would send someone out for $54.95. In fact here is her entire response,.

"You're wrong and your assertions are wrong. On the original visit we found the dispenser leaking. No refund is offered at this time. In an attempt to provide added customer service we replaced the last parts for free (a single gasket). Your warranty expired 12/22/16. If you want us back out it will cost $54.95" and we can get there today as usual.

Are you kidding me? Why would we pay you more money to come look at it when you can't seem to fix it. I then replied that I just wanted to be refunded for our expense because we needed to not only pay for our insurance deductible for the repairs but hire another company to come out and look at it. Her response, "short of a refund, what would you like to see happen?"

How about you fix it correctly, there's a thought.

I informed her I didn't want her techs working on it because they can't seem to resolve the issue. We simply just wanted to be reimbursed for our expenses.

Again, her only response. "No refund is being offered." No solution, no compromise, no working with us. Just that. 

Do not use this company. The manager is terrible, was rude and defensive in every single interaction I had with her. Took weeks to return calls. Says they stand behind there work but when it comes time to stand behind it...doesn't. 

Just run the other way.
