Action Appliance (http://actionapplianceinc.com/) ... Stay away from this company!! I lost $400. They came multiple times, initial estimate was $150, then they needed more parts. After 3 weeks of dealing with them, I finally called someone else who fixed it in 1 visit. They lie about when they will be there. Constant excuses for blowing me off... "Our computers are down, repair man had a flat tire, repair man got injured today at another job', the list goes on and on. 3 weeks, 5 visits, 7 missed visits, they still didn't fix it. Jason is the repairman who gets most of the work. Finally on the 5th visit, i got a different guy who said he had only worked for Action for 2 weeks. He said that the office had lied to him multiple times in 2 weeks. He told me Jason (the previous repair guy) put the belt on wrong, messed up parts taking apart the dryer and used a greese he wasn't supposed to use when repairing the dryer. This company is based out of Denver with very few repairmen in KC. Stay away from the company... They are dishonest and they are a fiasco to deal with.
I also found after research (too little too late), they have multiple complaints at many locations on the web. Check the Better Business Bureau, Yelp, Google and Ripoff Report for comments on this company. Its not just me, many others have had similar experiences...
