I ordered a Steam Hair Straightener and paid for it with my card. After the payment was processed I received an email stating the product would be delivered within 3 - 4 business days. Due to it being President's Day that coming Monday and my ordering it well into the night, I figured the product should reach me by that following Wednesday. The product did not arrive.

I found a phone number and it kept stating the number was no longer in service. I sent emails to the support team asking how I track my product. I was told the delivery service they use does not allow tracking which is how they keep the costs low. A few days later, I sent another support team question asking when my product would arrive and this is when I was told it would be there by Saturday, which was March 2nd.

I have not received my order and there is no longer any response to my emails. Each time I try to pull up the webpage I get the error that it's timed out because it's taking too long to reach the site.
