Hello, and yes we ARE a real company and we have been online since 1996. We have tens of thousands of happy, satisfied customers, and their testimonials can be found on our site. We would not have been able to stay in business for 12 years if we were not a "real" company. If you contact our suppliers, they will verify that it is the person who posted this negative report against us who is not telling the truth. We welcome anyone to contact our suppliers who will be happy to verify that we are an honest business. We go out of our way to offer excellent customer service. The problem most of the time is the customer has not provided sufficient information for us to locate her order. All emails we receive that include the customer's order number ARE replied to, even on holidays and weekends. We receive hundreds of emails per week from customers asking questions about the products we carry, the styles and colors, etc. as well as customers inquiring about their orders. When emails arrive without order numbers (and many times without even the customer's name or the items ordered) we are not able to respond to them. It is true that we do have an answering machine that picks up the line when we are not able to, and our customers' phone calls ARE returned.
