Ace Technology Online, Future Technology Live,Omega Industries, Wheat Ridge, CO Scam Artists - Microsoft Office Dallas Texas
Ordered Microsoft Office 2013. Company sent e-mail stating it shipped. Never received anything. Called number listed and was never able to get anyone on the phone. Sent numerous e-mails requesting information on shipment. Never received any correspondence back from the comapny. When calling Ace Technologies Online, the voice mail references a company called Future Technology Online. Never able to get anyone on the on-line chat feature either.
Sent e-mails telling them to cancel the order back in December as this was a Christmas gift and I needed to buy it elsewhere in order that I have the gift for Christmas. No response. Filed a dispute with the credit card company in December.
On January 22, I received an envelope from a company called Omega Industries, 3440 Youngield St, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033-5245. In the envelope was a piece of paper with an activation code and download instrucations date back in December. This was sent 2-day mail, I'm sure to prove to the credit card company that they indeed shipped the product.
I found this source on Shopzilla and have notified them. Numerous compaints may also be found on the Dallas BBB website.
