In beginning of June, I set up payment arrangements w/ 3

postdated checks for Jun 24, Jul 22, Aug 19. I received a letter by mail informing me to call prior to due date if I needed to reschedule, so I called on Jul 20 worried I may not be able to make pmt. because my vehicle bill was due at same time.

I was transferred to an office mgr. who immediately, very loudly answered the call by yelling "WHAT!", there was no Mini-Miranda warning. I assumed he was the only office mgr. and was told I needed to speak w/ one by the operator. So w/ courtesy I asked him if I could reschedule my July pmt.

He rudely yelled "WHEN!" and I asked if Sept. would be feasible. He immediately yelled "THAT HE COULDN'T DO THAT, then yelled that he was goind to erase my entire payment arrangements and inform the credit bureaus that I'm delinquent (which I'm not) and I'm unwilling to pay my debt because he's the manager and can do whatever he wants (I think he used the word "hell").

I was stunned by his brutality because I had only asked a simple question and hadn't yet arranged anything! Then he forcefully told me that he could "RESCHEDUL IT FOR JUL. 28, BUT HE, SHOULD JUST DELETE MY ENTIRE PMT. ARRANGEMENTS & REPORT ME TO CREDIT BUREAUS!".

Confused and bewildered, I told him that I didn't want to do this and would just find a way to pay it. I also told him that he didn't have to be rude. Then he really started yelling like a maniac, screamed at me that I'm rude and hung up on me.

Horribly distressed, I called back to speak w/ a complaint mgr. to make sure my acct. was okay and was transferred to Marie Rogers. She was unable to help me and abruptly told me to borrow money from someone!

Afterwards, I sobbed and was depressed for entire day. 5 days later, I am still anxiety ridden over this. On the same day, I called back and left messages for the complaint managers (hoping to deal w/ a mature and responsible person) Nancy and Marie Rogers. I never received a call back.

On Jul 22, I called again and spoke w/ complaint mgr. Marie Rogers. I asked her if Don Keller's conduct, verbage, and threats were legal. She rudely replied YES and then told me that it was illegal for me to try to reschedule my pmts. When I tried to reason w/ her, she abruptly told me to call Don Keller and then hung up on me.

This stress has caused me to have a painful attack of Shingles which I have scheduled a Dr's appointment for. This stress has created the responsibility of medical expenses. It has caused undue depression, anxiety and needless worry.

This company should be legally pursued for such unprofessional business!
