Complaint Review: AC Decor - Mays Landing New Jersey

Hello,Michael I am the Kimberly Giberson from Mays Landing,New Jersey that does sell online but NEVER at those websites. How dare you harass my family and lie to them. I believe that I am a victim of identity theft and you are trying to scam me and destroy me. I do NOT have any transactions from you nor does my bank account records. However I did contact WePAY and there was a transaction from you in February for around $55USD,NOT$800 like you are trying to scam from us. My son is a criminal justice student you know and we are not fooled. WEpay said they have issued your refund so you should see it soon. We are an honest and respectable family and were willing to pay you more than you are owed to get rid of this scandal. How dare you stalk and harass me,the wrong person and business in order to get more thn what is due. And you never sent my son's GF proof of that invoice or your so called FBI report which by the way would be a waste for $55. We have NO transaction for $800 for you. This is an act of harrassment and fraud on your part and to accuse the wrong person. You have done nothing but cause a huge upset in our family. You need to back off or I will file a claim of my own. I went on the FBI site and I will contact an attorney. This is cyber bullying and than you bring my family into it?? ALL of my records are in MY name. I NEVER used my son's name or his girlfriends name and I have no idea how you linked us all. Your lies are very cruel and also I NEVER told you I want you to fund a farm so I don't know how you know about my wishes and dreams. I do not fraud anyone to get money to do anything. I in fact donate to many charities including the local Funny Farm Rescue which you saw on my FB page. So what I had a gofund me account under wishes to see if I could get help doing that. That was NOT a scam and I took it down. Many other now open farms have got their start and continued funds from Go Fund Me. So,you my sir need to get with the program and leave this nonsense alone now that you talked to my son and his girlfriend. Someone has used my name and my son's name apparently. It is called Identity Theft and we will have it investigated and stopped. And as far as Jess goes,I NEVER used her name for anything and do not know how you even linked her to me or my son. You need to leave us alone. She is most upset. You don't know what you are doing to this family for a measly $55USD!!!!! We have rights and there are laws here in New Jersey,United States to protect us from being stalked,Harrassed and terrorized as well. I am NOT bonkers or mentally ill. And you sir will NOT destroy me or my family. Thank you and have a wonderful evening. I have nothing more to say on this matter only that my attorney will be handling this from now on. DO NOT order from anyone in the United States again. Just a friendly suggestion.

Seriously,dude do you have an idea what you are talking about?? Your information is so false it is not funny. Ok,so you had  GG DECOR shut down for what? a$20 order and refund??? Seriously? You are just a scared competitor is all and of a US merchant. You are not even based in the US and yet you dare to trash US businesses and people. I thought English people were kind. Additionally,your pathetic reports do NOTHING as this is a FRAUD site itself if you read their reviews you would see that they profit off of slander. Also,I doubt your message is stopping anyone's business as most people don't have time for this nonsense while shopping. And these reports do not resolve any issues you may or may not have with any merchants. People use this site to lie about people and businesses plain and simple. And  "Thou shall not bear false witness on it's neighbors" The way I see it you are just a UK merchant buying your supplies and having other merchants dropship for you. Price gauging should also be illegal which I am quite sure you do and than you look to buy your customers order from your competitors.

I myself as a business owner cannot stand that and I certainly do not slander other merchants because I am afraid of competition. That is totally unprofessional and unclassy. Anyway,last and not least,AC~ Decor is NOT the same business or owner as GG DECOR so you have been misinformed. And ther is now ACTREASURES135,or ACOUTLET35,so you really need to get your information straight before you post you false and inaccurate nonsense. File a dispute with your card company,you will get your $20 back and it is hardly a criminal act if orders are cancelled and/or refunded. Do your research. Have a great weekend. Bye-Bye

Hello! I am so sorry for your problems but seriously you need to not drag other innocent businesses into this. You filed your dispute so you will get your money back but don't post dishonest comments about other people or businesses. That is wrong. Other merchants need to be awre of this disgruntled competitor. He is just upset because he can't compete and obviously GG DECOR does not dropship for other merchants. Very typical behavior for competitors to try and destroy other businesses. How much was your order? $20?? That is hardly a crime especially for such a small amount. Seriously?? Okay,that is my thoughts and opinions of this matter. I am one of the suppliers for AC~DECOR and they are a registered business and legit so they are hardly a fraud. Sorry for your experience with GG DECOR but it is NOT the same person or company. Thank you

The Payment Processor WePay.Com (part of JP Morgan Chase) has now shut-down the fraudulent GG-DECOR merchant account.

WePay inform us that the GG-DECOR account with them has now been frozen, after a "Trust and Safety Review" determined it was a criminal enterprise.   GG-DECOR is therefore "no longer able to process payments",  WePay tell us.   

Any refunds should be sought by raising a Payment Dispute through the VISA Chargeback scheme.

However, the same fraudster has already started-up other phony e-commerce sites!  Defrauding even more of us!   His new fraud sites include ACDECOR.BIZ ,  ACOUTLET35,  ACTREASURES135 and others.

Be warned!

We are NOT affiliated with any of these people you are claiming. This report needs to be removed or I will have my attorney do it. That is pretty sad to take time out of your busy and lonely life to post lies about people and businesses. Why didn't you just file a dispute with your bank if you had a problem with GG DECOR???

We are NOT them nor are we affilated with any of those people. I think it's very cruel of you to try and destroy someone's business because you are afraid of competition. And we are located in California not New Jersey so you are very lacking on truth to your information. And I doubt many people will see it anyway. Have a blessed holiday
