Complaint Review: AC Decor - Owner: Kimberly Giberson - Mays Landing New Jersey

The "company" is a joke and is already being investifate by the Florida Attourney General Office as I found out earlier this week. I added my complaint to the list they already had and the email thread with Kimberly Giberson.

I too ordered something never received it and was told that I was refunded my money. When asked for details i was called an as@hole.

Speaking of slander and lies... You are doing an excessive amount of that youself just on this report alone. In addition, your lies and hostility can be found on several other reports about your "stores" on this site. (GG , GGS, & AC Decor) There are additional reports that contain your home address because you registered it as your business address, so it is legally allowed to be posted on this site. For some strange reason you seem obsessively fixated on this ONE report, yet you are completely ignoring several others. Maybe because it's factual... a bit too factual for your comfort.

If nothing else, her business history description on Facebook and the store site give her away.

Anyone not familliar with this ripoff artist, needs to avoid these stores like the plague. Get to know more about a seller before you buy. Google, and look for reviews. Be very careful when buying on social networks, especially from newly set up stores. They are plagued with scammers, and ripoff artist just like this one.

Debby. I would file a report on this site, and report it to the FTC. This person is a career criminal, and needs to be stopped. There are many victims just like you, that can be found all over the internet. I'm updating my report with the latest.

I ordered a item on Jet the order was supposed to be fullfilled by Ac Decor, they sent me a tracking number saying it was shipped throug Fedex. Checked the tracking number on Fedex and USPS and they can't find that number it dooesn't exist. Item was supposed to be delivered by May 4.

Guess what today is and where is my package? Speaking to Jet customer service and they can't get ahold of Ac Decor. Sounds like they are a rip off to me. Where is my package or my $74.00? Whoever is saying they aren't ripoffs is them acting as consumers.

I don't care either because it doesn't bother me or my partners! This is a FAMILY business and we run a few different stores with different names and that does not mean we are trying to fraud anyone especially when they are registered LEGALLY!!!!!!! Please find the appropriate report to air your grievences with Michael Murphy. I didn't want to get personal, but those whom you have ripped off through GG & GGS Decor, really don't care about your personal struggles. After reading all of your rebuttals, under various identities, I find it would very be difficult for anyone to believe anything that comes from your end. You cannot sue someone for publishing facts, that are already available to the public on the internet, most of which were willinly provided by you. There is no attempt at malice in this, or the other reports. Those are genuine reports against your so called business(s), as well as reports from those who want to protect others from your fraudulent activities, or help those whom you ripped off, find some justice. I wouldn't say that is a waste of time. You have gone from calling victims, liars, rivalrous competitors , fraudsters, to terrorist. You now claim identity theft, which can be easily disproven. The owner is NOT linked to all of those other stores in the complaints and they are very honest and trustworthy. I order all of the time for my own store and they are flexible with payments and shipping times. There is NO fraud or ripping anyone off going on and I am NOT a personal friend or family member and I am NOT Kimberly Giberson!! There are many complaints associated with this fraudulent enterprise, from various complainants and locations. In fact, there are a few new complaints that haven't been addressed associated with GG/GGS Decor which was previously run by this idividual. This is proven fact. See photos, & links contained in this report that were found publicaly and legally on the internet. This information is easily obtainable to anyone. No stalking, or haking, is necessary. This business owner did a very poor job of covering their tracks, and now they are upset because their fraudulent activity is very easy to piece together, and is now being exposed. That is all.

All anyone has to do is click on these links. Not one legitimate AC Decor named bussiness will suffer over this report. It's very thorough, and specific to the businesses in question. The so called California address for this AC Decor (26764 San Bernardino Ave, Redlands,California 92374) currently points near a site that's under construction on Google Maps. The address doesn't align with anything on that particular street. It's bogus. The toll free number is untraceable to any actual bussiness site in California. Posting a phoney address, and easily attainable toll free number together on a site does not make a legit business.  Kimberly Giberson's businesses reported here are, or were, at least in part, if not totally, fraudulent.

We have retained an attorney regarding this matter as this slander has to stop. This complaint is being directed at the wrong person and business. IF you really took the time you would see there are a few businesses with the name AC DECOR and GG DECOR and there are a few women named Kimberly Giberson. It is a fact!!!! She is NOT anyway affiliated with GG DECOR OR GG OUTLET!!! And not located in Mays Landing,New Jersey!!! I feel sorry for that Kimberly you THINK you may be destroying from this nonsense you post here which by the way this site is a scam itself. Have you read their reviews about how they profit off of slandering people and businesses??? Your nonsense is NOT hurting AC DECOR as she has received many orders as I type this from me alone. Want to see proof?? I NEVER had a problem with her!!! And I do believe that Marlee is another regular customer and Kim does have a couple of legal representatives and her business is registered legally. So,you are a MORON!!! Go harass and TRY to destroy another business and one's personal character because your pathetic behavior does do anything. But I just had to step in and voice my opinion. Like I said in response to you as alias "a legal representative", and now as alias Marlee... Kimberly Giberson, your actions are predictable and habitual. I am not here to complain,I am here to let everyone know that AC DECOR is  a wonderful business. Kimberly has helped us so much with our business and we have ordered over 50 items from them to date. I don't know what the deal is with this other person trying to closee them down but they seriously need to get a life. AC DECOR is NOT the same business as GG Decor or GG Outlet or whatever. There are other businesses with that name and there are other Kimberly Giberson out there. Please go after the correct person/business and not this one. You are so wrong. Thank you for your time.

Everything this person posted is slanderous and needs to be removed. It is in violation of my privacy and civil rights. I am NOT ripping anyone off and I am even registered legally as a business. Everything I list and sell I have rights to do so and I have records of thousands of orders over the past 8 yrs I have been selling online. I have an attorney retained to fight this ridiculous slander from this obvious competitor of mine. I have not refused to ship any orders and refunds sometimes happen a sit is part of the business. I have a family to support and I am disabled and this is my sole income. I don't wanna go to jail and I don't want to lose my business from ONE ridiculous and false report from thousands of customers. Putting someone's home address online like that is wrong and unsafe.

I no longer reside there and a family with small children do. I do NOT have to disclose my personal address as stated in godaddy when I registered my domain. The business address,city and state on my wbsite is my supplier's address as that is where the items ship from not an attempt to commit fraud. I posted that to avaoid confusion due to customer shave asked me why they received their orders from California. As far as changing my email and other personal contact methods,that is my right too and to protect myself from nut cases like the ones who post on these sites. It is a darn shame that peopl are allowed to slander good people and businesses like this. I doubt any federal laws approve of it. It is slander plain and simple and it's against the law. I can change my domains,emil addresses and store names anytime I want to. Doesn't mean I am commiting fraud. It is my right. I am going to seek legal action if this false statements are not removed. Hello,I find it very disturbing that your site allows such garbage as to anyone can say anything about a person and/or business. I am the legal representative of Ms.Kimberly Giberson and she has been in business for 10 yrs. She has proof of the thousands of orders that were shipped and is even registered with the IRS as a business and even pays her taxes. There is NO FRAUD being committed here. This is just one disgruntled customer or maybe a competitor trying to statrt trouble. We have proof of all order sthat were shipped and delivered and refunds processed. The business is NOT located in Mays Landing,New Jersey!!!!! We operate several stores online and the business addresses provided are form our suppliers because we order and ship from them. We do not have to provide our personal address and we have a right to sell online. All registered sites are legal and verified with said websites. No marketplace or domain provider or payment processor is going to support any fraud businesses. So,everything is totally legit. You need to remove this BOGUS and slanderous report or we will take legal action to protect our intersets. Thank you

I also don't believe for one second, that you are a legal representative of any kind....Kimberly Giberson. I believe the evidence speaks for itself, in my report, and in your reponse here, and on several other reports, and responses pertaining to you, and your businesses on this site, and other complaints on the internet spanning over several years. Your actions are predictable, and habitual. I'm posting a screenshot from Google which clearly shows that you were the owner of GG Decor out of Mays Landing NJ. If you could prove that to be bogus, along with everything else here that you claim is slander against you, then I will retract my statements. Until then, they will remain unchanged.
