 I was on credit karma and saw a add for auto refinance.the company was AC AutoPay .i called and they seemed really like they wanted to help me .so after a month of waiting and giving them more and more paperwork they refinanced me . What didn't know was that it was a third party loan..they went through western federal credit union...my loan buy out was with Santander.the buy out was for 27,333.51. So I figured it was a done deal.after awhile of not hearing anything I decided to check with Santander to see if the deal was done.they never received a check or anything,so I call western federal credit union and they say they released the buy out check to AC AutoPay.well after arguing with AC AutoPay pay for two days they finally would release the check if I signed a blank affidavit which I refused to do ..after another phone call and telling them I didn't have a printer to print it they came back and finally said they would release it...then I get a phone call from Santander telling me that the check didn't cover the buy out... come to find out western federal credit union released a check for 28,831.91... now I,m 1500 dollars more indebted and I also have a tracking gps on my car..I,ve tried everything calling AC AutoPay,filed a complaint with the BBB that was abruptly canceled ..I called Morgan and Morgan they won,t help... I thought I was getting a good refinancing deal but I,m now further indebted and I can,t get any help ..can anyone help me ...1500 $ may not be a lot of money to some people but it is to me and it is the point of it ..How many other people have they done this to...Bill
