Absolom Roche April I ordered and paid for chairs from Absolom Roche for July delivery. Called with questions was not able to speak with a person left message. In July when items should be delivered called again no answer or call back. Email company in July and immediately got an email refunding purchase because I contacted them.
April I ordered 2 chairs from Absolom Roche. I had some questions so I call Absolom Roche got an automated system left a message with contact information. No one call me back.
In July when my items should be getting to me I called again to confirm. So answer so I email them this time immediately after my email I received an email from Absolom Roche refunding my purchase.
i did not request a refund I inquired about my delivery date and was told because I contacted them and they cannot have a fraud claim file against them as it will hurt them. I also never mention anything about filing any claim either.
I turned to the Internet and realized I'm not the only one Absolom Roche scam like this. They need to be stopped.
