Ability Recovery Services LLC Illegally reporting on credit report fraudulent accounts Wyoming,Pennsylvnaia
I had never received any letters from Ashworth College for any courses that were listed in my name. Then I get notified from Ability Recovery for 2 accounts that are not mine. I contacted them and they apparently have been reporting these on my credit report without any notice of any debt. I challenged these items to only have them refuse to stop this illegal reporting and not remove these from my credit reports. What they do is illegal and morally wrong. I am seriously considering obtaining an attorney.
