AARP Inited Healthcare directory of physicians is useless Internet/customer service agent, Internet
The lack of correct information in the directory of providers is appalling. I've searched an found that some docotrs had discontintued affilitation for more than 2 years. When I inquired about this, I was told that there is no mechnism for deleting providers no longer allosicated wtih United Health Care, but if you call they can give you additional names. Why aren't they in the dictory? Also providers that have been affilitated for a while (like my doctor of 6 years) has never been listed. Go figure!
