AARON'S FURNITURE IS A RIP OFF, LOW DOWN, SCAM ARTISTS. I BOUGHT FURNITURE ON A RENT TO PURCHASE BASES AND THEY HAVE MY CREDIT CARD ON FILE TO CHARGE AGAINST THE MONTHLY PAYMENTS EACH MONTH. THIS MONTH THEY CHARGE THE ACCOUNT AND THEN THE MANAGER COULDN'T FIND THE AGREEMENT GRANTING PERMISSION TO USE THE CARD. THEY THEN PROCEEDED TO VOID THE TRANSACTION CAUSING THE AMOUNT TO BE LOCKED SINCE IT IS STILL AUTHORIZED TO BE SENT TO AARONS. UNTIL THE FUNDS IS RELEASED AND SEE THAT VOID THE FUNDS IS IN LIMBO. THE FOLLOWING DAY AARONS FOUND THE RELEASE AND PROCEEDED TO DO THE TRANSACTION AGAIN. OF COURSE IT WAS DECLINED BECAUSE THEY ALREADY TRIED TO RUN IT. AARON THE CAME TO MY HOUSE TOOK OUT ALL MY FURNITURE. THEY CAME TO THE APARTMENT COMPLEX UNDER FALSE PRETENSE OF DELIVERING FURNITURE WHEN THEY IN FACT CAME TO TAKE IT AWAY. CREEKSIDE PARK WHERE I LIVED GAVE THEM THE KEYS TO MY APARTMENT WITHOUT MY CONSENT. BOUGHT CREEKSIDE PARK AND AARONS IS CLAIMING NO FAULT. WHILE I AM STILL WITHOUT FURNUTURE OR MONEY BECAUSE OF WHAT AARONS DID. I HAVE NO WHERE TO SLEEP. THEY EVEN TOOK A SIDE TABLE THAT WAS ALREADY PAID FOR. THEY VIOLATED OUR RIGHTS AND PRIVACY. I NO LONGER FEEL COMFORTABLE IN MY OWN APARTMENT. CREEKSIDE WANTS TO FINE US IF WE BREAK OUR LEASE. AARON'S DON'T WANT TO GIVE OUR FURNITURE BACK. WHERE IS THE JUSTICE.

somehow i think there is more to this story than meets the eye. I bought furniture from there and have had absolutely nothing but positive things to say about them. they even told me if you look like your going to be late just give us a call, the last thing we want to do is take this away. sure i know i am paying more than what its worth, but i plan on having this furniture for a very long time to come an plan on finish paying it off in about 2 months. but, my point is, the store i dealt with was like if you know your going to be late, just give us a call and a date when you think you can make the payment and we will work with you not against you. somehow i think you were hiding from them and never answered your calls or the door so they had no choice but to come and take it. I'm sorry you fell on such hard times, but if they cant get a payment from you maybe they can get it from someone who is trying to do their best in making payments. and as far as your table, i'm sure if you paid for it and had a receipt that shows you paid for it they would be happy to give it back otherwise you could take them to court and sue them. as far as teh entering your apt under false pretenses, im sure that was not true either. i'm sure they talked to the landlord because you never called them back or ignored them so the landlord was honest enough to let them in to take the property that belonged to them. Good luck in the future!!!

I know you filed this complaint a LONG time ago, but I must tell you, it is illegal for ANY apartment complex to let ANYONE in your apartment without your authorization. I suggest no matter how long it has been, that you get a copy of your lease (I assume this would be a former lease) and sue the heck out of them.
