I took 95 geo in because reverse stopped working- kept 1 month and broke my raditor - this they did not fix "not their area".

went back 1 hour later same problem- no reverse. got back about a week later. 2 months started slipping gears. went back for pressure adjustments 3 times.

back now for not going into 1st gear- i've been told everything from bad governor switch to bad torque convertor to not having the right tool for my car to adjust pressure and unable to find one.

(Note: been back 3 times already for that)

they called to find out who the dealer was that sold me the car(to find the tool) told me that the dealer wouldn't let them borrow it.

went back last week and was told it was fixed the mechanic took for test drive and came back walking.

they've had it this time for 3 weeks. i was told tonight it was done and left waiting in the lobby for 1 1/2 hours.

came back from it's test drive and the mechanic tells me that the coolant fan is not working and that its losing oil. i've called corporate. no help at all.

i paid $1290.85 for a banner kit,new filter,new fluids,rebuilt torque convertor and reconditioned service-

my car has been reconditioned alright- they've managed to take my great running car and turn it into a piece of crap in 14 months. any ideas? what can i do?

aamco salisbury md. location, well i am not surprised i am a 30 year veteran of the transmission industry, with certifications from all. applied there for a job once, the low wage offered was a slap in the face, would rather wash dishes for those wages. tell them the special tool is a joke, grind down the socket so that it will fit the nut, in the recessed area, your satt transmission is a cake walk to fix, no need for the technician to walk, that is funny. still need the trans fixed right search msn "rebuilt transmissions maryland" we are right in front of your eyes. actually search "rebuilt transmissions" (any state) we are there.
