Yesterday I posted a complaint about AAMCO transmission in Renton. The last time I spoke to anyone there was earlier this year and was not pleased with them at all with what they had to say.

Today in desperation I had gone back to AAMCO and found once again new people at the counter. After explaining my problem, more and more people became involved and to my surprise AAMCO is going to fix my transmission at no charge to me. Kudos to AAMCO for doing the right thing and making me a happy customer. The work is yet to done but I have faith in the people I spoke with today. We'll keep you posted.

It is never a pleasant experience when auto repair is necessary but I told you that I would keep you posted on my dealings with AAMCO transmission on S. Grady Way in Renton. The repairs on my transmission are complete five months after the warranty has run it's course and I have spent zero dollars.

Above my transmission being repaired at no cost is the subject of the new owners and staff. The new owners took concern in my past dealings with AAMCO and repaired my transmission free of charge. I can honestly say that if you have a problem that AAMCO can fix please take your auto repair needs to AAMCO in Renton.

After establishing a relationship with me the new owners and staff made absolutely sure I was to receive nothing but great service without hesitation. AAMCO transmission in Renton took care of my transmission needs as well as pointing out other problems that if gone unnoticed would have been catastrophic as I am relocating to Anchorage Alaska.

After giving me a substantial discount on the repairs to my cooling system they sent me on my way with a gentle reminder to please come back in about ten days so they can inspect their recent work and make sure that it will hold up in the harsh Clement in Alaska. I don't know if I have ever had a more pleasant experience in getting my car fixed. It was a joy dealing with the new owners and staff at AAMCO and I wish them all the luck in the world with their new business. I found them to be "Good Ole boys" running an honest business and great! P.R. Once again Kudos to AAMCO transmission in Renton you have a lot to be proud of.
