Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I was incarcerated and tried to use them to post a bond for my bail.

They are the cheapest bail bonds granted but, after you give them the cash, they will post a bail and exonerate it few weeks later.

They have been engaging in this ongoing Scam and someone needs to teach them a lesson.

Anatoly is fraud, and the company is a scam.

BE careful and do not use them.

There are better companies like (((REDACTED))) who are 100% legit.

A-Z bailbond is Scam.

Pre trial release of any kind is conditional only regardless of type of release

Regardless of how a defendant/suspect is released there will always be conditions to that release pending a future court date. The same conditions apply to a cash bail, bail bond loan, o.r. release, disposition federal, etc. When a defendant is arrested and then released through whatever type of release, there are rules and conditions of that release set by the court based upon the particular case, i.e. restricted to the continental u.s., no contact orders etc.

In other words, the defendant's pre trial release is based upon the defendant's appearance at a future court hearing. The defendant does not have the full freedom a normal person would have who didn't do anything. The defendant has at most a "psuedo freedom"/"pseudo outness" pending the future court date(s) and resolution of the matter.

If you don't believe me, as such a defendant just try to ignore the fact that the charges have been filed, do not go to court, act like you didn't do anything and see what happens. You will be in for a big surprise.

Dear Andre,

We received your complaint that you filed with this ripoff.com. I would like to expressly say that we understand your frustration for returning you back into the criminal justice system and back in jail after we posted your $250.000 bond with the courts.

You however have failed to state in your complaint some major key factors! As you were advised when e took you out of jail, there were some rules you had to follow in order to maintain your bond with us and be out of jail. These rules are not optional, they are mandatory because you did not pay the courts the full $250.000 bond amount, we as bail bondsmans insured your release with the courts by filling an affidavit and an undertaking stating that if you do not follow the rules set forth by the bail bondsman, we will be liable for the $250.000 bond and was signed by the judge.

Now, with the being said, if a defendant who is out on bond with us or with any other bail bond company has to follow the bail bondsman rules, if a defendant does not follow the rules we retain the right to return said defendant and legally get off the bond. Such as was your situation, I am not going to go through the details because this is not a deposition in court and to maintain your integrity, but Mr. Andre, you did not follow the rules set by the bondsman which were signed by the court judge. So we exercised our right as per the NYS CPL 520.80 to return you and get off your bond because you were a liability and in the verge of costing us $250.000.

Furthermore, you failed to mention that you filed a civil lawsuit against us and the lawsuit was in our favor, meaning that you lost the lawsuit you filed against us because we in fact did prove our case beyond a reasonable doubt to the courts which ultimately dismissed your case. We also elected not to countersue you for legal expenses you have caused arising from your frivolous lawsuit.

In closing, we understand your frustration however, when filing a complaint on social media; websites, courts etc. keep in mind to not omit the details as you clearly did with this complaint.

We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Yours truly,

The AZ Bail Bonds Team!
