A-1 Solution:
1. Show up next day to disassemble freezer and secure contract
2. NEVER (not once) initiate communication with customer
3. Make Appointments with time windows and not show up
4. Make excuses instead of apologies
They admit they have the parts.
Another missed appointment today. Another day of lost work. No phone call.
Still no operable refrigerator. Going on 7 WEEKS.
Update on Jun, 12, 2018:
My refrigerator is still not repaired. A-1 has been to my house 3 times, sometimes just standing in the kitchen and guessing at the problem. They missed another appointment today. I have taken off work 7 times over the last 6 months and still have a broken refrigerator.
