91 Express Lanes Heartless thieves California
Thieves for out of state travelers. $52.86 for $2.86 dollar tolls. Have to travel to CA from FL, because of a sudden death in the family, we were unfamiliar with the road, so the GPS put us there. This was a not good enough explanation for this money hungry, heartless thieves.
