809 Auto Sales Inc Ivan Arredondo Sold Me Vehicle and Did not give me Clear Title in My Name Orlando Florida

Ivan Arredondo, sold me a 2003 Ford Expedition. And did not deliver me clear Title in my name. I paid the "Purchase Price - $2,500" , "Sales Tax - $162.50", and "Title Fee -$78.25". And after 4 weeks I did not receive the Title. I contacted "Ivan". He then gave me and old Title and $285, Cash. And told me the motor vehicle, would transfer title too my name ....... When I went too Motor Vehicle, they told me the "Title" was no good.
Too many sales transactions on one title. The lady said the dealer had too straighten it out. I contacted Ivan after and told him too take the SUV back and refund my $2,500. And "Ivan" told me it doesn't work that way. He doesn't do refunds. At this point this dealer is fraudulent and shady. I have formal complaints submitted too the Motor Vehicle and Highway Patrol. And I work for local government, "Orange County" . "Ivan" is well aware that I am and "Orange County Employee", yet he still insist on playing games and not doing the right thing. This dealer will be shut down, and his dealer license will be revoked if he does not refund my $2,500 or give me clear Title in my name.
