I am so upset I was scammed by Thomas Montgomery and Paula Garcia who runs this online scam of the 700credit.org program. Me and my husband were told that if we paid $500 we would be able to get get qualified for a mortgage along with delinquent credit removals, and a credit limit between $4000-$6000. I only got $1100 and they report good payments as well. We paid and he asked for a budget we did that. He then wanted us to set up a SMART MONEY PLAN, and never helped us with credit repair at all. He wanted us to do all the work and and stated he was not suppose to do any of it, so the money we paid went to nothing. The home buying program was a scam. We never talked to anyone and no one ever called us to discuss credit repair or buying a home. The guarantee was if he didnt do anything in 45 days he refund our money, and he has not done it. I received and email threatning to report to the BBB, and sent me an email stating he would send my money and never did. And he had the nerve to keep sending me emails about the program but refuse to address my money I even threated to sue him. I told him I had nothing done in 45 days because we didnt even hear from him in almost 2 months untill I contacted him. I have not received my money back and cursed this man out and he still says the same thing as if this were a game and its a joke to him. I filed a complaint with the better business bureua and he is rated an F, and is no longer accredited by the BBB. Some one needs to do something. I dont know how to pursue this man and I live in Georgia. I received an email he was going to pay me back in Aug 2014 and he sent me an email last month still trying to offer oscam services he has no remorse for his scam. He is crazy stay FAR FAR AWAY from this company and other unrecognized credit repair company. I will be contacting the attorney Genaral inTexas to file a cpmplaint with the other people on this site I saw pursuing him the more the merrier. Good to everyone and Pray we all get our money back. Also be careful when someone wants you to pay by taking money into a bank and depositing it into thier account you cant get any information from. Get with the Attorney General with this man in Texas to file a complaint. Im done waiting on this devil to return my money!!!

Wow I just found out through research this man has changed the name of his company and website. it is now www.39creditrepair.com, and is now in PLano TX!!!! He labeled as credit and money educator since Oct 2014, so he is on the move to scam more people. Same guy Thomas Montgomery look him up on LinkedIN. contact info is now (((Redacted))). What a piece of work!!!!!
