I am disapointed parent who wants to share personal experience with 5 Step Academy International School in Singapore (http://5steps.academy/). I found about this school online and sign up my child there. After one month we left this fraudulant school, and here is my story. Before enrolment I had spoken to the guy who is in charge there. His name is Alex Kuznetsov (also knows as Alexsander Kuznetsov/ Dr. Daddy/ Dr.of phycology/ Dr.of mathematics(PhD)/ MD.(Dr.Specialist-Pediatrician)/ Dr. of anything ... almost a God...). Everything this guy said turned out to be a lie.

The first day of the school had brought me a first surprise. There were only 6 children in his school, 4 of which Alexander's own kids. Before the enrolment Alex insured me there are 30 student who are attending his school daily from morning till afternoon. It turned out to be only three kids with my child including. Alex had promised bus service and there was no bus at all.

I had to bring my son to and out from the school daily. Then another surprise came to the surface, there were only two teachers in the "Five Steps Acadeny" (Alex himself and one Chinese lady that teaches Chinese and English). Looks like the information on http://5steps.academy/ doesn't reflect the reality at all.

Basicaly, kids are learning all the subjects through online app from https://sg.ixl.com/ Alex Kuznetsov has nothig to do with the WWW.IXL.COM company. His school is a fraud. Basically, he just renting the space and leting kids to use his IXL membership to access and practice different online drills from IXL.COM.

The joke here is that IXL membership costs only S$12 per months for anyone with 24/7 access, but Dr.Alex charges you S$1500 per months. Can you feel the difference? Pretty nice bussiness isn't it? Besides of that, I came once around 11:30AM to this so called International School and saw kids were plaing in the activity room alone. There was no adult supervision at all.

I was waiting for almost an hour for any adult to apear untill Alex finaly showed up. I asked him what is going on and he replied that his 12 year old son was watching over the kids and there is nothing to worry about. That was the last drop of my patience. I am not surprised there is no kids in his school. People don't like to be cheated, I guess.

Any way, after this story ended, I decided to research more about Dr.Alex Kuznetsov and found that he isn't a doctor at all. Also, many russian expats from the East Coast of Singapore had bad experiences with this guy and left his fraudulant school as well. They shared interesting insights with me regarding the Alex and his russian background. Without them I won't be able to know and figure out who this Alex Kuznetsov is and what he is doing here in Singapore.

Now,little bit about Alex Kuznetsov the crook itself: His local story says that he is a doctor of mathematics who graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. After living in Singapore for a while he changed his title from being a Dr. of math to a PhD. in math through self advertisment in social media.

His son Ivan supposed to be a math geniouse that is super smart at such young age because of his father's secret knowledge in mathtematics. Of course, there is no official proof of any of that but verbal clames of Alex Kuznetsov itself on social media. So, this story was used as a bait for Alex's scam project called: "Math Pilots Tuition Center" at Yishun. The link is here: http://mathpilots.com.sg/why-math-pilots/about-dr-alex/) Here is his local interview to one of the online media to promote Math Pilots school islandwide: https://www.straitstimes.com/singapore/russian-leaves-homeland-for-spore-heartland-tuition-venture.

By the way, Math Pilots school is totaly based on online www.ixl.com platform, and kids learn math from there and not from the Alex. When I started investigating Alex Kuznetsov's educational background I found very controvesial information about this guy. In Singapore- he is a PhD. in math, in Russia- he is a medical doctor MD.(Specialist-Pediatrician) and child phycologist, Also, looks like he was succesfull russian businessman and politition as well. Yes, you heared me right. He clamed to be a very good businessman and made impressive polititical career back in Russia. Here is the link about Alex biography. Use google translator to find out more: http://viperson.ru/people/kuznetsov-aleksandr-vladimirovich-a24078a4-6be4-4d7b-969f-a20454351d67 Let me summarise it for you.

Alex Kuznetsov was born in Aug 16 (((REDACTED))) in Moscow. Acording to the Alex's story, before 21 year of age he managed to successfully graduated from both medical and physico-mathematical universities in Moscow. As a rsult, he became Dr. Phycologist (according to the Alex claims) and medical doctor MD Dr.(Specialist-Pediatrician MD.) and PhD in Math as well. Are you not impresed yet? then buckle your seatbelts and lets keep going.

His political career started when he was 21 years old. According to his russian CV, at 21 Alex clamed to be the president of stock exchange of South-Russian Financial Hub. He held this position from 1992 to 1994. From 1994 to 1996 he was the president of "Unity- building Coorporation" Moscow. From 1996 to 1998 he was the Finance and Economics Deputy Mayor of Rostov-on-Don city, Russia.

From 1998 to 2000 president SRC consalting. From 2000 to 2004 the board director of Don-River-Navy Fleet. Saddenly, from 2004 Alex stopped his polotical/business career and shifted towords being a top expert in everything related to family, children and parenting issues. He was advertised through number of russian local TV channals and radio broadcasts to attract customers for his new bussiness project which was called "Doctor Papa"; it basicaly means "Dr. Daddy" in English.

I watched all videos with Alex on his youtub channel and it was really retarded. During one of the broadcasts his 6 years old son was able to count from 1 to 10 in Chinese??? and that alone made him a gifted genius child according to the TV show??? WTF??? All of the transmitions consisted of bullsh*t like that with mixture of Alex's phylosophical advises in parenting.

To make long story short, the main point of these brodcasts was to built a customer pool for his new business project by fooling russians. Basicaly, Alex was portraed by scam TV as a special and the only one guy in the entire world that is capable of solving all of your family issues. According to some russian expats living in Singapore, looks like his father used his domestic connections (remember Alex's bright political career from 21 years of age onward) and paid money to local TV companies for such guff to be broadcasted countrywide.

Any way, from 2004 to 2014 Alex had tried to make money from conducting online consultation regarding parenting, family and children issues via his russian website and skype, but eventually he never became popular or recomendet among parents in Russia. (NOTE: I found it to be very interesting observation because there is no information in the biography section on his own official russian website regarding his PhD. degree in math or graduation from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology).

Why would he keep it a secret for his russian audience? What do you think? Here is the link to his russian online scumming platform: http://www.doktorpapa.ru/zapisatsya-na-priem/obo-mne Lets move on. From 2014 he setteled in in Singapore and opend his "Math Pilots Tuition Center" at Yishun and the "5 Steps Academy International School". His scuming strategy remained the same. He tried to promote himself localy by creating the same illusin of being a smart and experienced father so you can trust him and pay. And of course, he can make your child a math genuis because he has PhD in math and knows special russian secrets in math.

All you need is just blindly trust and bring him money. Also, there is a rumor among russian experts that all of the Alex's kids were adopted by him to promote his business in Russia (Dr.Daddy scam). He needed that to create the image, as I mentioned above, of experienced and carring father that can be trusted by other parents or potential customers.

The oldest Alex's son is only 13 yeas old. It means he was born (or adopted) in 2005. Now, remember that Alex started his business project of being a family problems solver guru in Russia around 2004. If you connect the dots, this story makes sence. And also one interesting fact about his wife Tatiyana.

When I met her in 5 Steps Academy school for the first time my instant impresion was there is no way she gave birth to 4 kinds; maximum one child at best. Some final thoughts. I just can't comprehend how Alex being only 21 years old manged to became medical doctor Specialist-Pediatrician MD. and Dr.of Phycology (which is absurd to me. A phycologyst is not a doctor and never will be). And also got PhD in math.

Even if it's true, which I realy boubt, why medical school and math school toughether at the same time? Does it make any scence? In real life it doesn't. But, it make sanse to become a fraud doctor-pediatrition specialist, child phycologist and carring father of 4 sons in Russia to gain trust to scam russians and make money out of this scam.

It also make sense to represent yourself as PhD in math in Singapore to make business here. He could easilly bought his PhD diploma in Russia and become leagal mathematition overnight on paper.Things like that is very common practise in Russia and you can research about russian corruption on your own.

I'm wondering does the MOE tested this guy in his math proficiency skills? I guess no, otherwise he would fail miserably, I am sure. Usually, problems start happening when someone is trying to sit on two chares at the same time. I think this is the main reason why russians expats are not going to the Alex Kuznetsov, because they have realised that this guy is a crook and lair that had scammed people back in Russia and now he is attempting the same scam with locals here in Singapore.

By the way, Alex Kuznetsov renamed his fake Math Pilots tutoring center at Yishun and moved to a new location on 22 Orchard Rd, 238885. Now his new scam project called 5 Steps Math. What might be the reason for such move? I guess, people realized Alex is a crook and liar and stopped trusted him. That was all I wanted to share with you. Be aware with Alex Kuznetsov.

He is not a medical doctor nor child phycologist nor mathematician, he is simply crook that takes advantage of hard working people here in Singapore. Do your own research, talk to him, ask him questions, ask him to solve PhD math problems in front of you, if he is real PhD. he can easily solve any math problems without any problem whatsoever. Take care and keep your kinds safe.
