This company offered a rebate for the purchase of a tablet. The time the rebate was offered was between 2/10/15 through 2/14/15.
I purchased this tablet on-line using my debit card on 2/14/15.
An e-mail from Tiger Direct on 2/14/15 at 11:25pm acknowledged this transaction stating I could pick this tablet up at the Raleigh NC store on 2/15/15. I took a copy of this e-mail to the store to pick up my debit card pre-paid tablet on 2/15/15 but the store associate could not locate this transaction on the store computer so he made a new transaction with a new purchase date of 2/15/15 which was past the rebate date.
Even though I submitted all my paperwork to the retabe center, it was declined due to the date of the sale receipt. I also sent a copy of Tiger Direct e-mail to me dated 2/14/15 at 11/25 pm with all the original paperwork. Even though I re-submitted the paperwork with a written statement as of today, I have not received a reply from the rebate center and have no phone number to call to explain this to a live person
