I bought a Samsung 840 EVO 120GB SSD from Tigerdiect.com on 11/19/2013 (Order No. J5722259) and submitted $20 rebate on 12/2/13.

They received my documents on 12/9/13 (Rebate Tracking Number: 1013219319191015).

But, I received email from them on 12/16/13 and it said "Your Rebate was not approved for the following reason(s)."

But I submitted an original UPC code and copy of it.

I tried to contact them via email 12 times , but they kept saying that "please contact a live representatives" although I sent them the original picture of the rebate form with the UPC code.

 I called them 2 times and had to wait around 45 minutes, but no one answer at all.

Finally I contacted a rep today after 20 minutes waiting.

She said they cannot see the UPC number on the rebate form and I asked I could see it.

I found that they just checked a scanned rebate form, not my original rebate. I kept saying to her I submitted the UPC code, but she kept saying she could not read the UPC number.

They should have checked my original documents, not scanned one. Also, it's their responsibility, not me.

I also tried to contact Tigerdirect.com directly. I submitted investigation request 2 times based on their Rebate Assurance Policy, but no answer at all.
