In November I purchased a flat screen TV for my daughter from Tiger Direct. There was a rebate offer for $50.00. I printed out the form that they e-mailed me and sent in the required documents. I did not here anything from them. After 3 weeks I sent them an e-mail. 

We have been exchanging e-mailes since December. I called them today February 11, 1215. They said that they just found my information. 

When I sent the information in I requested that I get a no-wait rebate for an extra $5.00 that they would deduct from the original $50.00. Well needless to say that when I talked to the today I requested the full $50.00 because the no wait was a joke. 

They said that there was nothing the could do about that because it was the people in the scanning department who miss placed my information. This process has been nothing but a big rip off. 

I don't know if I will ever use Tiger Direct again.
