I have worked for 41 MG for 6 months, all my pay has ben correct, they are open about discussing sales issues and they have given people advances.
They hire Independent Contractors that meet the definition of the law and do invoicing for sales people to manage the process, it is a service that most people appreciate. The sales force choose where, when, how long and what days they want to work, that is the classic definition of an independent contractor.
I have gotten money for reps who have left of thier own choice or were fired for cause and they have all recieved their hold back money.
This is a competitive field and someone is using this forum to slam 41 MG because they moved to another energy company, the truth always surfaces in the long run.
Check all the facts before you believe what you are reading.

I have worked for Jeff and Danny for 2 years and this os the first i have heard of this. Try working for 20/20 companies or Winmark...I even got an x-mas bonus from 41 MG.
