Stay away from this company as they continually rip off their employees,ex-employess, and partners. They fancy themselves as this righteous christian family storm repair business, but that could not be farther from the truth. The moment they realize that they are going to have to pay the people who worked with them or for them they attempt minimize those persons efforts and skills. They then begin to take the credit and convince themselves that they did everything they shouldn't have to pay you. The salesmen get their commission when the job is invoiced and collected, however this company has a real problem getting those invoice created and out to customers to collect hence keeping the sales commissions tied up. Invoices take between 2-15 mo's to be created by Kim Nelson. This is a repeated pattern and appears to be the M.O. of this company. Once you are no longer working with them or for them payments stop and you are forced to sue for back profit splits or commisions due. In addition it is quite intersting that all or some of their invoices have no date on them. Again a pattern.
When confronted with these facts instead of investiagting the matter Kim Nelson will begin to blame and accuse others of wrong doing. Knowing she is completely in the wrong she constantly fights with her husband Austin. When Austin is not at the strip club or out bar brawling he is typically busy trying to sue your insurance company looking for his payday. Funniest part about it is he is typically suing for work he never completed (talk about delusional nerve).
Had I known he was a multiple convicted felon for crimes of dishonesty like purgery, theft, and forgery I would have though twice of doing business with him. Also he is or was in the process of suing the following insurance companies Statefarm, American Family,West Bend, Travelers, Safeco, Celia, QBE and Cincinatti all with in the last year. If you do business with this 33 Carpenters I guess you better be ready to sue your insurance company. He is also being sued by up to a half dozen ex-employees or partners for his shady practices. The choice is yours but if this company knocks on your door be leary.

This company has a continued pattern of ripping off employees ,partners,& contractors. They fancy themselves as this righteous Christian family storm repair buiness , but that couldn't be further from the truth. They are currentley being sued by up to a half a dozen ex employees or contractors. The Vice President Austin Nelson is a multiple convicted felon for crimes of dishonesty such purgury and forgey. He is also a convicted theif. Which makes it no surprise that he is being sued by so many. If you decide to hire 33 Carpenters to do your work he might end up suing your insurance company looking for his payday. Last year he was in suits with the following comapaines Statefarm, American Family, West Bend, Cincinatti, Celina, Travelers, Safeco,QBE. The funniest part about this is that in many of these cases he was suing over work he never completed (talk about delusional nerve).Bottom line customer beware when doing business with this company when they come knocking on your door. Check your insurace paperwork and make sure it is being completed line by line.
