Worst Experience Ever! In September 2017 I scheduled a ride, for me and 8 other of my family members (including 3 children) to be picked up at 4:30 a.m. (the day after Christmas) and taken to LAX. And then, to be picked up from LAX 5 days later, at midnight, and brought home. On the morning of December 26, 2017, at 3:38 a.m., I received an EMAIL, advising that my ride was cancelled! No call, no excuse. I was given the numbers for a couple other companies (which of course were all closed at 4:00 a.m.!) and told I would receive a refund. After not finding another ride, of course, my family and I all drove to the airport, and paid for parking. THEN, on the date we returned to LAX I got a call that my ride was there to pick us up! I, of course, told them I didn't need it (as we had our cars there) and wanted a refund immediately. I was told that would happen, but did it? No! I called and spoke with 3 separate customer service agents, in the following 3 weeks, and was told, each time, my refund would process. But it never did. I was told a manager would call me. But one never did. Eventually American Express (the card I used to book the service) got involved in handling the refund. If you want a dependable ride, DO NOT use this company.
