24 Hour fitness Bait and Switch Signature, contract fraud carlsbad California
My mother was told she had paid an annual fee. Now her credit card is being charged monthly. Upon investigation, we found theyd had her sign an electronic receipt and copied the Signature on a contract she was never shown or allowed to read. The contract was then sent to a fake email address.
