Complaint Review: 2-10 HBW Home Buyers Resale Warranty Corporation - Aurora Colorado

I have had several issues with my new Lennar home as well. I would like to know what specific issues you are having with your property to see if there is a connection. I could care less about my property value dropping and honestly want to move ASAP. I have only been residing in the home two months.

All the homeowners in my neighborhood who have bought homes that I have talk to don't like Lennar and have something against Lennar. I am sure there are thousands of home owners that have issues with Lennar but they don't file any complains against Lennar because they live in fear of their property values going down or they live in fear that their neighbors may hate them if they complain and hurt the reputation of the community,etc,etc ... The lady who works here at the Lennar Sales Office tried using the "fear of my property values going down tactic" to try to stop me from publicly exposing Lennar's Lies .I guess there are so many chicken fearfull Americans that the tactic works well for Lennar. The Big Boss who is in charge here in Houston for Lennar has tried using treats to use the court system to get me to shut up about telling the public the truth about Lennar's Lies.Lennar are dictators who don't believe in freedom of speech .Lennar Corp. is so rich and powerful they problaly can control much of the courts and legal system to keep the average ordinary little citizen quite and under control if need be. Lennar Homeowners could also live in fear of Lennar since Lennar acts like they are owned by the Mafia, and I guess these homeowners don't think "sleeping with the fishes" is worth complaining against the Big Lennar Corporation. Angelia the BBB is too merciful and phony themselves they don't report all the complaints they get,I am sure they don't even show the tip off the iceberg of the complaints they get .If your real fortunate the BBB may show a few snowflakes on top of the tip of the iceberg.Angelia you don't seem to have read any of the public complaints here on ripoffreport.com against the BBB which makes me think maybe you are just here working for Lennar or your trying to protect your propert values no matter what the truth is!

What was your complaint Charles? I have the 2/10 Warrenty on my home also, however, I've never had any problems with anything that was within the guide lines. I also don't think the BBB "shows mercy" on anyone. Lennar in Houston closed over 4000 homes in 2004. Out of that number, they have had about 12 complaints in the last 12 months. Out of those 12 complaints only 1 has not been resolved. So, lets see...that averages only one complaint for every 333 homes built with only one unresolved complaint for about 4000 homes. With these averages, I'd let them build for me.

This BBB report is the worse of all Lennar Homes in the BBB records ,this is the copmany I did business with in the Houston area. My complaint to the BBB about Lennar did not seem to make it to this report since I got no follow up information or reply from Lennar through the complaint process with the BBB.My complaint wasw not resovled and it doesn't record that here on the BBB report .I guess the BBB is being merciful to Lennar ,maybe they feel sorry for such a sorry bunch of losers?
