I have found an existing report on these fraudsters and that report is completely true and sufficient. Just thought I have to support it with another one and add some other Web addresses this company switched to since then (please see in Title).
My investigation shows that 1st Secretarial does not report any activity to HMRC and Companies House submitting only Dormant reports and does not pay any taxes on the money they get from unsuspecting customers. It was to be striken off the registry but unfortunately it obviousely has not.
What they do is taking money and performing no service at all. And no chances to be refunded. No traces of company name nor address where you can submit a claim.
Tens of complaints on Internet about this company with no harm to the fraudsters. So just please be aware. Hope, this would help someone to avoid the losses I had suffered from them.
