1st Choice Moving & Storage Do Not Hire 1st Choice Movers Ever !!! Phoenix Arizona
On Nov.23, 2013 I hired 1st Choice Moving & Storage to Move My Furniture From Phoenix AZ to Cleveland TN , The Came to the house as Planned in a Box Truck , they were charging us over $6,000.00 for the Move , they loaded up ok an Promptly So We Expected them to Arrive in TN in 3 -4 Days by Nov.26th or Nov 27th , but they took our Furniture out of the truck an added it to a bigger trailer , We were never told about this , they Arrived in Cleveland TN towards the End of December , with 2 Loaders , 1 couldn't drive at all , an they asked us to help them Unload our own Stuff into the house for $40.00 which we agreed because we were so Upset over the Tardiness we just wanted our stuff in the house already , After we Unloaded our furniture an Clothing , we were told to write down if anything was missing , after everything was done we noticed we had Valuable Coins Missing Worth at least $10,000.00 , We Contacted them as to our missing coins an they would look into it , Finally on May 1 St 2014 we were notified that we weren't Getting Any Refund on our Missing Coins , because Apparently they were not liable for something that we packed , My Question is what gives them the Right to Rifle through my valuables an Steal like this , To Add insult to injury they were so late on delivery that we had to buy new furniture out here in TN just to Sleep on , I am so disgusted with this company an I hope they are put out of business .
