What a coincidence. After nearly three weeks of waiting for ANYTHING, I request a refund on Friday; then Sunday night, I get this trickle of information that certainly can't represent an honest effort at your advertised "Super Search Plus Exhaustive".
I waited long enough -- and pled and pled with you for feedback! -- and got nothing. You do not have an open-ended opportunity to grab my money. "Our current delivery time is running at approximately Six Hours"?!!! That's just plain false advertising. Now GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY AS I REQUESTED DAYS AGO, or I'll see that your name gets associated with the fraud it represents.
