1800flowers 1 800 flowers Valentines day flower scam Carle Place, NY NY
Ordered flowers for mother in law for valentines day. Had a 25% off code. Ordered flowers with paypal, no place for code and order made before could stop it. Called 1800 number to cancel order. On hold with incompetent operator several times for over 35 minutes, finally got cut off. Called back to make sure order was cancelled, spoke with FRANZ. He could at least speak english and said he would cancel order. Conversation done, was just going to order local direct.
5 minutes later, Franz calls back. Said he felt bad about my hassle and was going to refund money and still send flowers. I thought - " what great customer service", silly me. Farnz did say I would be getting an email asking for my comments on his service and to give him good remarks for what he did. Got the msg and gave good reviews. Called back when flowers didn't get there. New guy says, " we have a lot of people here, don't know Franz, and he couldn't do that". Obviously FRANZ scammed me to get a good review and my 88 year old mother in law didnt get her mothers day flowers until the following monday night and not from these jerk offs.
If you get FRANZ - stay away. If you may need customer service - stay away
call town and order from local florist and put these guys out of business !!
