I ordered flowers for valentines day.  Did not receive a confirmation in the email I provided or anything.  When I called, I was kept on hold for hours.  They did nt deliver on the 14th of feb. Prmised to deliver asap, but monday was president's day, so apparently florists are not available that day.  Promised to deliver on tuesday, but again they failed to deliver.  They promised to deliver on wednesday but again failed to deliver.  

Below is a small collectionof some other customers who had the same problems with this garbage company.  Needless to say, yu should not trust them to deliver anything on any important dates.  Use teleflora.com instead.

 

A full credit has been issued on the order we can not issue a re-delivery and process a full credit. if its a Paypal order it can take up to 30 days to receive a credit. again sorry for the inconvenience -Dana. My response from a Valentine's disaster. Sorry for the inconvenience??? No refund yet. 

 

 

hi i ordered flowers on valentines day, they failed to deliver. then they said they'd deliver on monday and they didn't deliver again. they said they'd deliver the same day on wednesday and they didnt' deliver it again. i'm going to find out the local vender too and try to call them. but this company sucks.

We are truly sorry if you encountered any issues with your Valentine’s order. We've delivered hundreds of thousands of smiles this Valentine’s, and if yours wasn't one of them, we apologize. We know the importance of making someone smile, especially for this holiday, and we will do everything we can to make it right."  And yet they still failed to deliver 3 times after that.  And refused to issue refund or give number to local florist. Kept me on hold for a total of 2 hours.  The people who run this company are garbage.  I know them personally.
