131 truck sales preferred truck and trailer sales did not refund my money wayland michigan
in the last week d**k Haven and 131 truck sales stole $2000 that I gave them over the phone for a deposit for a truck. When I went to pick up the truck, the truck was completely misrepresented. He actually told me not to buy the truck if I was not going to be happy. d**k Haven promised me a full refund but I never receieved it. He keep telling me for 8 weeks that his daughter was going to send me the check. After several unanswered calls, complaints to the Better Business Bureau, I got a lawyer involved to try and get my money back. My lawyer called d**k and he told my lawyer to take him to court. He knew I lived in New York. He knew that wasn't going to happen because it wasn't worth it for me to fly to Michigan to fight for $2000. It would cost me almost that amount of money at the end. 131 Truck Sales hasn't cooperated, d**k Haven and 131 Truck Sales will steal your money. Last time I spoke with him he told me to stop calling that he wasn't going to give me my money back and that if i keep calling he was going to kick my a..s " stay away from this guy "d**k" haven is a thief, liar, disrespectful, rude, vulgar, uneducated person
