All managed by the same people.
Main owner: Nancy C. Perna( Nancy C. Holden) Additional owners/share holders: Joshua Howell,Robert Bonham,FM Howell,Ronny Howell,Lisa Holden
Management: Mark A Storrer( President/CEO) ,Alan J. Wilkins(CFO),Troy Hale(Internet Manager), Loni Hale (Executive Director),Alan Kastrinsky(Vice President),Kathleen Proll-Connelly(Customer Service Manager),David Kubik(claims),Kevin Thomas(Claims Manager)Helen Mosley(Director Relations Manager)Eric Miller(Chief Operating Officer)
This company folded and did not contact any consumers advising their customers that their extended warranty payments were not going to be honored. They received thousands and thousands of dollars without fullfilling their contractual agreement.
The State of Hawaii, if pursueing a liquidation process but as of June 2008 it will be years before any consumer would be reimbursed by this company.

I was also a victem of First Assured Warrenty and are frustrated that it is taking so long for them to be held accountable and for us to be paid back for their greed and negligence. Only in America huh? Thanks to all who report, keep up the fight. Jeff Culbertson Bellevue Washington U.S.A.
