Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I called them trying to set up an arragement, one was for 300 dollars, because i couldnt pay the full amount... and then i told them, i would be making another payment before or by 17th of 230 dollars. The repsentative said OK, i need your card number to do it.. Come today which is 15th, before the 17th i pay the payment, the rep guy said sorry... you still owe 165 dollars left. Made no sense when i already made an arragment?

If i had know it was gonna be more than 230 dollars, i would have pay that. She clearly told me 230 dollars, now theyre twisting their word??? I asked to speak to a manager, and he said no one is avaiable, and someone would call me back.... its been 2 HOURS, no one have called back.

IF ANYONE IS READING THIS, learned from my mistake, these people are the worse, i have so many stories of how rude and how they made me cry.. these people who are crimials, no theyre worse than crimials, they lie and never keep their word.

my payment is 525 a month, and only 100 maybe goes towards the loan, the rest is interest.

...so I'm guessing you hit the nail right on the head, Robert.  I never fail to be astounded by these "jeesh I OFFERED to make a PARTIAL PAYMENT I'm not a DEADBEAT JEEEEEESHHH" posters who think that contracts are just peices of paper to be ignored when they become inconvenient (which is depressingly often.)

Typical Subprime script. You get a loan making a legal agreement to pay back a certain amount each month, and then you go back on your word and try to make an "arrangement" to pay a lower amount or to "catch up". But then in typical Subprime attitude you then say that they are the liars and the worst.

The sad thing is that you still probably haven't made the connection as to who the real liar is. Because in your mind you are being a good customer as you could just turn around and not pay them anything.   Oh wait, you can't because you signed over the title to your car and they can reposess it.

If we look at your numbers you must be more than a month behind. As $300 and $230 come up to $530 which is $5 more than your monthly payment, and even a great customer isn't going to pay more then they "have" to. So just how delinquent are you?
