Our footwear is handcrafted that charge customers in the $99-300 price range. We make zero compromises in terms of quality materials, manufacturing, or business ethics (fair labor and sustainability). We simply believe that offering customers a great value is the foundation to long-term business success and is the honorable thing to do.
The reason the above is in red as I highlighted the section when I filed a complaint. Rather than receiving the above item, what was delivered was a vinyl pair of, dare I say boots, that were not remotely close to the product displayed. I did reach out and to their credit they did respond offering me a very small portion of a refund and a coupon for future purchases. Unfortunately, there is no recourse other than me beating them up on FB and Insta. Company based in HK - at least that is where the area code located them. sadly, will not be purchasing anything online again.
