I purchased my 2018 HONDA ACCORD from Ed Morse Honda In Riveria Beach, I was sold Xzilon for the protection of my new cars paint as well as the interior. After taking trip to Disney World and driving throu an ungodly amount of Love Bugs I returned from vacation and the next morning took my vehicle for a detailing.

This was when I was shown the defects in my paint as well as the "bug ethcing" the detailer told me to contact my dealership because there was etching all over the hood and front of my vehicle that Xzilon should have protected me from (according to this professional). I filed a claim with Xzilon and unpon hearing back from them they are refusing to cover the damages that their website states they protect from.

I took my vehicel to the dealership at their request to start any warranty coverage and the "Service Manager" laughed at me and said Xzilon is responsbile and they are not covering the damages thats not his problem and that they dont sell the product in his department.

So now 3 weeks later here I am with a 2018 Honda Accord that is rusting! Thanks Xzilon, Thanks ED Morse! Thanks HONDA!
