Ordered EV1 hearing aids on Feb. 7, 2020. Received e-mail on Feb. 8 saying they were sold out because of orders over Black Friday and Cyber Monday. They said they would upgrade my order to the EV3 at no extra charge.

Said 1-2 weeks to fill orders. Still not received. Called 888 #, got recording. Now saying Coronavirus is slowing down shipments. Still apologizing and not delivering!
