Hello, As an attending student with this company. The owner of the DOT / LAB certification program Mr. Andrew Easler. Spoke with me about the training program. Upon agreed payment in full, he explained the complete process and procedures. As I agreed to follow the rules. I attended everything expected on my behalf. Mr. Andrew Easler wrongfully verified my last assignment and found it within good reason not to certify me. Office Depot had indeed confirmed by fax that the last document was received by someone of his staff. It was once again, a failure to communicate the misunderstanding. I felt that Mr. Andrew Easler had taken advantage of me and my monetary funds. Today, I have official evidence and proof of the materials and emails. This certification is not one that a professional person should experience since it can waste one's time in their line of work. I regret ever wasting time and effort in the shameful service. I am not satisfied with the results, I was profiled and made a fool of by this particular certification program.
