Word-2-Kindle.com Word-2-Kindle Failed To Implement Change Requests To Book Virginia Beach Virginia
Word-2-Kindle has failed to provide the necessary updates for my epub / mobi / book after numerous requests to do so.
> I've provided them a book cover, however, Word-2-Kindle has repeatedly failed to adjust it to fit the dimensions. The top and bottom expose the black background.
> I've repeatedly told them to adjust two of the chapters and to make them separate chapters / titles. They failed to do so. They are comingled with chapters from another author.
> I've repeatedly told them to adjust two chapters so the entire text of the chapter could be read in the table of contents. They've ignored the requests.
> I've asked Word-2-Kindle for a contact phone number. They have not provided any.
> It appears Word-2-Kindle is using a fraudulent business address on their website.
