Woodys General Services Dustin Woodward Katherine Woodward Lied to me about their contractor’s license. Refused to return my deposit when they could not obtain permit. Harpers Ferry West Virginia
Dustin Woodward agreed to build a front porch on my house. He stated he was licensed and insured and took my deposit of $ 13,000.00. I had called multiple times to ask about the permit and the start date, he and his wife NEVER called me back to answer me. When he was unable to get a permit because they are not licensed, I asked for my money back, he refused. I had to drive to his house because he would not even call me back.
I sent a certified letter to the business address requesting my money back and I hav filed a complaint with the West Virginia Attorney General’s Office.
