I purchased an XGODY 7.0 Ultra Thin Android Smartphone cell phone on September 24, 2018. It arrived on October 24, 2018. There were no invoices nor return voucher in the box. I reached out to my carrier to see if I would be able to obtain service and was told "No".
I have called and emailed this company since October of 2018, and have gotten nothing but a run around. I know I've reached out to a dozen representatives since then and still reaching out to no avail. I believe I've been scammed.
I paid $142.00 including shipping for this phone. Their customer service department leaves much to be desired. Also when I call, I can never speak to anyone. There's always a voice mail. This company states in their return policy "They Have Your Back"....Not
