My friend and I were referred to him through someone that we knew well. We paid him 1500.00 EACH and he never really did anything other than submit one letter. We were also given tradelines which had very low impact on our overall scores.

Also, the items that he took off ultimately came back and he didn't remove them a second time. We ended up going with another company and got great results in a timely fashion. We kinda figured that since he was just coming home from prison that we would give him a shot and help him get back into the swing of things but, we were overall disappointed with the way he handled our credit. BEWARE!

Here is the line that pretty much invalidates your complaint:

...the items that he took off ultimately came back and he didn't remove them a second time.  When an item comes off your report, it means a credit reporting agency is evaluating the item to determine if it is legitimate and should appear on your report.  When it ultimately comes back, it means the debt was determined to be valid.  Once the item is put back on, it cannot be removed.

By your own definition, you paid for a service.  That service was performed.

Now, you stated that you contacted another company who was able to remove the items.  What you essentially did was pick someone who misrepresented your debt, lied to a credit reporting agency about who are what you are, and had the item either removed or downgraded.  So what he did was rip off someone else - and now you look nice and clean to someone else, which will then allow you to simply go ahead and continue in your deadbeat ways.  You just admitted that for a price, you will simply go off and rip off someone else.  Congratulations.  Not too many people admit they're criminals on this site.

We kinda figured that since he was just coming home from prison that we would give him a shot...  Now that is hilarious.  You decided to hire someone who was just coming home from prison as a sort of charity case.  When you weren't happy with his result, you found someone who had no problem committing fraud for a price.

Credit repair does not equal credit worthy.  You aren't the latter because you cannot repair entitlement...and clearly that's what you are.  You believe it's now OK to simply hire someone to commit fraud and now you come to this website to complain about his behavior, when yours is much worse.  As I said congratulations.  You have no credibility.

We paid for a service and expected it to be carried out in a timely and accurate manner thats really the bottom line. I'm sorry you feel so strongly about a post that has nothing to do with you. Below is the link that is available on the internet for all to see concerning his criminal proceedings. God bless you.

Isn't that a shame, this ex-con, as you describe him, deceived and defrauded you. He did nothing as per your report. Isn't that such a shame especially since all you wanted to do is DEFRAUD and DECEIVE future creditors! You destroyed your own credit by being a deadbeat and you swallowed hook, line and sinker there was somebody with the magic to COVER THAT UP so you could present a FALSE PICTURE to future creditors!

Guess what? If the information on your credit report is correct, there's nothing to fix and it's going to remain there as long as the statute allows it so deadbeats can't DEFRAUD other creditors. Yes, isn't it such a shame!
