Complaint Review: Wiggins Hair Company - Henan. Xuchang Weidu District, Xuchang

I ordered 3 bundles 1/14. 1/16. 18 and a 12" closure on 7/17/20.  I received the hair on 7/22/2020. The hair that was sent to me is full of plastic fibers and different color strains of thread!!!  Do not purchase anything, not even a sample from Wiggins Hair Company. This Company is a scam artist! Do not believe anything that they tell you. They are liars just like the rest of the China Hair Vendors who take our hard earned money and just lie. After contacting them regarding fibers, different color threads, and the chemical smell and the fake 100% Virgin Human hair that's supposed to last over a year….  Read my story and be wise...

I was on the hunt to find some decent quality 100% virgin human hair; notice I said decent because the "best" hair is usually purchased from the major hair suppliers, and everyone else gets what is left over. After doing some research I came across Wiggins Hair Company,  Room No. 1906, C Building, Lvzhoumengxiang Square, South of Yingchang Road, XC, China, 461111.  They had very good reviews which I thought that was a plus.  And what won me over was the fact that Mary was so nice and seem to understand my concerns.  Especially when I shared with her that I have skin allergies, as well as other allergies.  I explain to her that I could not wear hair that have plastic fibers and hair that has been chemically treated.  “She shared for me not to worry because their hair was 100% Virgin unprocessed Human Hair.” She shared “there was no plastic fiber and the hair had not been chemically treated, it was unprocessed hair.”  Immediately I felt slightly relieved because I thought she understood my concerns.  But what Mary shared with me was a lie!!!  This hair made my eyes water, head hurt made me sneeze and made me cough this is one of the reason I know it had been processed and the hair had been chemically treated!!! Alone with the burn test that confirmed it was not 100% Virgin Human Hair due to how it smelled and burned....  When I burned the hair test, the hair did not burn like all human hair, it burned, melted, and turned into sticky black tar balls/beards with a hard residue substance!!!  You could see the chemical residue underneath the burned hair.  Real human hair does not do that!!!  Real hair when burned will turn a brownish color and fall apart into a brownish/black ash, fall apart and does not stick together like rubber!!!

You actually don't know whether the hair is good or bad until you install the hair in your head and wear it!!!  But, I didn't have a chance to install the hair due to when I dyed the hair.  As the advertisement stated it could be dyed up to a 613.  I just did a semi-permanent color rinse on the hair without chemicals due to my allergies.  But after the hair dried I could see all the fibers that did not take the rinse color!!!! Human Hair can be dyed.  Fibers does not dye!!!  I shared this information to Wiggin Hair Company as well.

Now the bad part:

I saw a lot of positive reviews on their site.  But now I understand how they get all positive review because Wiggins Hair Company will block your negative reviews so they will not be posted on their website and Facebook!!!   So by looking at good reviews you think the company is solid!!! I can't speak for others, all I can do is explain what I received from Wiggins Hair Company. I reached out to Wiggins Hair Company and explain what I had incur!!!  After going back and forth, sending them pictures after pictures!!!  Then they share they would give me $30.00 back of the $163.62 I paid them for 100% Virgin Human Hair and due to I had processed the hair they could not reuse the hair! !!!  I am sorry I cannot accept this...    I didn't pay $163.62 for plastic fibers and chemical processed hair!!!  I paid for 100% virgin human hair, unprocessed, but that’s not what I received!!!  All I wanted was some virgin 100% human hair as they had advertised on their website!!!  And I didn't receive that!!!
