I ordered this bed frame on 4/4. On the website it stated that it would arrive in 2 weeks. Approximately two weeks later, I checked the website to retrieve my status and saw that the date was now the end of April -  May (5/2). I called customer service to cancel because I wanted the furniture before I went into town. I was informed that I would be charged the $197.34 shipping fee to have the furniture rerouted, but was informed that I would get tracking information when their 3rd party carrier began route.

I decided to keep the order and wait for the date. May 2nd arrived and the status was still the same. The order stated shipped, but had no update in arrival time and no tracking information, NO ITEM. Customer service informed me that they can only see what I can. I called to cancel the order. This seemed very fraudulent and I was not interested in waiting months on months to receive my order.

In addition, the website updated to out of stock. I would like my "shipping fee" returned. I do not think I should be penalized for Wayfair having bad logistics. Paypal informed me that they would have gave me all of my money because it was an item that was not received, but because I cancelled through the vendor (which they recommended, I am losing out!
