After several changes to my insurance, I was unsure whether I still had coverage that would work at Warm Springs Dental. So I emailed them a few weeks beforehand to check, and they replied in writing that everything was good, and I should proceed to my appointment - which I did. About a week after the appointment, they called me and said I didn’t have coverage, and they were charging me $165. If they had given me correct information, I would have canceled the appointment. This is entirely their fault, but when I pointed that out to them, they just sassed me and refused to do anything. Now I am stuck paying the bill out of pocket because fighting it would cost more than paying it.
