Delt with these guys for the first time and won't b doing it again that's for sure. Brought our first investment property with these guys. The guy that comes to your home before anything starts talked a big game. Then head into the office (had to take a day off) took in all documents they need. Again people In office talked this big game with no follow through.
Its been a head ace since we signed papers and seem to b carrying on. Never call us back everything is email no phone calls no follow up. All docs we took got lost so had to re do those. The money side of things isn't adding up. Absolutely guttered. Ripped me off $80,000 I WONT MY MONEY BACK. SCAMMERS

Sam Chara and his company VSMA are the worse scamming mongrels, they will talk the big game and take all your money and scam you. Dont deal with them at all. Very bad company to deal with. My children are aged between and 1 and 4 now and suffering becoz of them, They put pressure and then make you sine stuff and scam you. DONT DEAL WITH Sam Chara scam scam. do your homewok and don’t buy property feom Sam the scam. They are liars all liars and his reviews are liars and all fake and nit real people.

Sam chara VSMA and his VSMA or Vision Wealth Managment are absolute rotten scumbags. Sam is a scam. Sam Chara VSMA is a scammer is a scammer. I totally believe in property investment and purchased a property from them. Sam chara VSMA is the reason why the industry can have a bad name. Sam chara VSMA are selling appartments from developers and take massive commissions $30-60K. The property offen do not val up come settlement which then means the bank will not give you the money.
My advise stay away from Sam chara VSMA. Just slick sales man like Sam Chara scam. people on large commissions purchased an off-the-plan dream investment property from these cold-calling property property spruikers scamming VSMA Melbourne and Sam Chara scam. I lost more than one-third of the value of the property despite several years of booming residential property markets. Im a mother of three and was conned by a free trip to Queensland with my wife. Sam chara VSMA was the man that scammed me he came to my home did a big sell on me about tax breaks and future growth. But eight years after investing $415,000 the property was sold for $295,000 – a loss of $120,000!! Sam Chara is a scammer.

I have recently been to an online Meeting with VSMA or Vision Strategy Management Australia in Melbourne and they said will handle everything for me, arranged the finance , financial planner and have a perfect house and land property for me. I did some research and found out that they have recently rebranded their company because they have some really bad reviews online and in the property forums.
Double check before you deal with this Vision wealth or whatever they call themselves. They also take staff from other companies as well. When you want to cancel they put pressure on you and won’t refund you your deposit. Do your homework before dealing with this company and read the real reviews. I’m not saying it’s a scam but just do your homework. Read the forums and get real advice.
